The cashier girl was unprofessional and behaved in a very rude and inappropriate way during the interaction, for me never back to this branch always make sure to go to Dearborn branch
I had a terrible experience with the girl at the cashier half an hour ago who treated me with pure racism and was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason at all people shouldn't be treated like this when buying something save your money and avoid this location
Bad customer service experience I visited this auto parts company after getting a price over the phone, but when I arrived the price was changed and they insisted on a different price. The cashier (a female employee) was very rude and unprofessional in her attitude towards me, and the way she spoke was disrespectful, including shouting during the interaction. Very disappointing experience overall.
Here's the message: I had a horrible experience at this location half an hour ago with the girl at the cashier who was totally unprofessional and had a very clear racist vibe she was dismissive and disrespectful and treated me with zero decency no one should have to deal with that kind of treatment when they are just trying to buy something I am super disappointed and I suggest you save your time and money and go somewhere else
