Hired Wolverine to restore oak floors in dining room and what I thought would be under the living room carpeting. Nasty surprise under my living room carpet I had assumed was oak. Excellent workmanship resolved my problems. My neighbors and friends have good complements on how well the project turned out.
Did not do what was asked of them specifically requested in our quote. Abandoned the project incomplete. No return phone calls or texts, nothing. Has been 90 days since I last saw or heard from this company. Now I live with a broken, splintered, unfinished mess of hardwood flooring. Thete are 12 complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau by other people than myself. They refuse to answer the complaint on the BBB.
Excellent! Wolverine Flooring got the job done within a week, and we were able to move in with several days to spare. They clean up well after themselves, and everyone who worked at the house was very courteous and polite. No issues, will hire again for the next one!
