They staked the yard as requested, then did the other side of the neighbors property for some cash. However they never sent any paperwork or a bill for the survey. So instead of sending any other follow up or making any phone calls, their first step was to send it to small claims court. When I reached out to try and resolve it I was hung up on, and when I tried to call back he wouldn't answer the phone.
