A HUGE shout-out to Dr Ryan Freland at Wolverine Dermatology on Gezon Parkway!!! If you have a skin issue or concern about skin cancer THIS is the doctor you want!!!!! Amazing customer care on every level!
Appointment canceled over $36 that's paid in addition to copay when I come into scheduled appointment. Amber is great but this policy of canceling someone appointments without letting them know via, text, call etc...they said they sent text/letter; ok then why would I have taken off work to come to a canceled appointment. I just referred someone there!, I just unreferred. Ill go else that better pplicy standards that make sense.
My husband had an unexpected skin cancer diagnosis in August. Well we just paid off the procedure- less than a year later. But this office is brutal with making sure we paid them. We werent planning on him getting cancer and it was an unexpected expense- they call weekly asking for payment. Just be aware they are hounddogs wanting their money and have absolutely NO empathy. Never dealt with an office this rude - especially when we were making consistent payments. Very disappointing.
