This is a terrible office. Do NOT make an appointment here. I was stuck in traffic. I called ahead of time and let them know and when I showed up 12 minutes late instead of 10, they would not see me. I waited 2 months to make this appointment. I have irregular moles I would like to be viewed. It’s pathetic.
The lack of follow through from your office staff is deeply disappointing and, frankly, reflects poorly on the practice. My husband is now three weeks overdue for a prescribed medication because his renewal was not processed correctly. Despite this, we are still forced to call daily for updates and resolution. This level of administrative negligence is both unacceptable and concerning.
