Let’s say horrible. Back in June, I had a visit with Nurse practitioner. After looking at my scalp, she decided to do a biopsy. The results came back that I have Squash-cell skin cancer. The office called me one week after they got the results to tell me the diagnosis. She said scheduling would call me but never received any call. After 6 months at this office and countless appointments with still no resolution for my husbands severe skin condition we have decided to pursue another dermatologist. This office lacks the professionalism in the office. When we would call to ask a question with the nursing staff we would be sent to voicemail and never received a call back. This is a terrible office. Do NOT make an appointment here. I was stuck in traffic. I called ahead of time and let them know and when I showed up 12 minutes late instead of 10, they would not see me. I waited 2 months to make this appointment. I have irregular moles I would like to be viewed. It’s pathetic.
