Discriminatory practice- Refused to schedule my son because he carries Medicaid in addition to private HMO. I offered to pay out of pocket any copays at the time of his visit. I was told it’s their office policy not to see any patients with active Medicaid regardless of other insurance or methods of payment, because “people with Medicaid usually refuse to pay.”

I was completely misdiagnosed by this clinic and was given medicine, an ointment that didn't work. Went to a new clinic and the dermatologist was mind blown at the previous office diagnosis. He properly diagnosed and successfully has and is treating my medical condition properly.

Really need to train their office help or make better communication practices. A new cream script was ordered for me. Never got a call as to when It was ready at local pharmacy (Walmart). Called them, no script. Called you, was told your office forgot to order. Then placed a new order, went to pick up, wrong product. Refused. Placed a new order again. Pick up next day. Called Express about an order called to them and was told it came from you and it was too late to stop. So now I have a double order of the new script. What's... read more

When paying your bill becomes more important than what's going on with the patient and cancelled my appt without telling me?!? I was so excited to show Dr. Ryan and Dr. Jack how well my wound healed. But I was stopped at the door by the billing posse...smh. they had the nerve to say to me in front of other patients, we don't do free work here...I have never been so humiliated in my life!
