After working at the complex (Maravilla @ Domain), I had a total zero days off for two months. I was consistently worked like a work horse working consistently. After living at this apartment complex for almost a month, we have had a total of three days of internet. The process to get us the most basic of stipulations from THEIR lease agreement has proven to be the most difficult. They’re contractually obligated to provide internet and they can’t. Worst place I have ever lived at some staff can be friendly but over all don't care about your issues. When I first moved in I had a problem with my roommate staying up all hours of the night playing video games in our room when I talked to I believe his name is Bart he acted as he cared but was willing to do nothing about it to avoid further altercation with said roommate unless I paid for a moving fee to another apartment. Living at Ponderosa Park Apartments was the worst housing experience of my life! While living there, I was extremely sick for over three weeks (I even lost my voice for over a week) and later discovered that I was ill because the apartment complex was hiding a major sewage issue. I would give it zero stars if I could!!! Just letting people know that Wolvering Crossing gives people discounts for leaving good reviews. My husband has been trying to sell his contract here for 4 months now. The management is horrible. They try to take every penny they have from you. They are unfair in how they can help you in selling a contract. Legally they have to help you sell your contract. They let anyone live here and do not care who it is as long as they pay. Worst place ever! They unlock your bedroom door and come in while you sleep! Watch out girls, you could get raped in your sleep! They did a cleaning after a roommate left and did not warn me floors were wet, I slipped and hit my head. They did not even reply to my complaint! Dangerous and possibly deadly, do not enter this place, it is a rip off!!!
I have lived here for the past year and will be living here for another year! I absolutely love it! Its so nice to be so close to the bus, TRAX, UVU, and Walmart. The amenities are great and the staff here is so friendly and willing to work with you. I've also had the privilege of being placed with some awesome roommates, any issues we've ever had have been resolved through the great RA's that are around. With all the activities going on all the time, this is really just the place to live! :)
