I had multiple stains which I pointed out, they told me they removed all of them. After the carpet dried they showed up as if they hadn’t cleaned at all. I called them back and they showed up with spray bottles and spent 5 min. Spraying a small area missing many areas. I had Wolverine out to steam clean carpets at my house. The crew was very friendly and professional. Initially everything looked good and smelled clean. Once the carpet dried the few stains that had been there before resurfaced. I know when you have carpets cleaned not everything will come out so I had that expectation going into it. Seems like a great company. Was helping a friend clean up a place after some tenants trashed it. They were very upfront about the fact that the carpet was in such poor condition that even a professional cleaning wouldn't save it. They further recommended we just replace it instead of hiring them. Really appreciate the honesty.
