Disrepectful and unprofessional. This company lost the sellers agreement and deed paperwork, all after a cash transaction took place. Since I never got a copy of the filed deed, I needed wolverine to provide contact info from the title insurance policy so I could contact underwriter to begin the process of obtaining protections offered by the purchased title insurance. As a realtor, I found this company very difficult to work with, unresponsive and disrespectful. I tried reaching the owner of the company to discuss the issues but was blocked by the office manager.
