Kind, honest, and timely. Will use again
System-wise, their equipment runs good. Work wise, obviously someone there can’t understand customer feedback or can’t understand English. The first thing I asked was to have them put the main vent pipe from the furnace to upstairs through our bedroom so we could keep it hidden from guests, but no they disregarded me completely, moved a very large china cabinet out of the way in my dining room, and started cutting away. Had a new furnace and central air unit installed and extremely happy! Larry and the other gentleman were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They did professional work in a timely fashion and definitely would recommend them!
