Wolters Kluwer is a Dutch multinational company that in recent years has bought several American publishing companies, open business services and has opened 'banks'. Their bank, Merrick Bank, is a predatory lender that is targeting people of color who have limited access to financial services. In the few hours of research that I've done, each of their companies has poor reviews. I think our state and federal agencies should investigate.

As a student who has used, and will continue to use many different books. These are sub par scam artists take on mass publishing with lowest possible costs. Leaving the customers to fend for themselves

Their textbooks are more expensive than others, but lower quality (writing, diagrams, design, ect.). Their E-books are useless, with zero functional accessibility features.

Paid $270 for 800 unbound sheets of paper they are passing off as a "textbook." As if an unbound stack of paper qualifies as a book. Disgusted by that.

Don't really want to read your eBook material out of a Adobe Flash container without some text-to-speech features. I find the online 'e-book' tab to be nearly useless in an accelerated learning program. I want to listen to the text, its faster, I can slow speech down at the push of a button-- and I can't do that in the streamed 'e-book' version unless you guys throw in a narrator... Audio Glossaries section under Student Resources could be improved. Instead of just speaking the word, it could also read the definition aloud. ... read more
