Franklin provides awesome service . He is very polite and have good knowledge about everything
I went to 3 other plumbing stores before coming here as it was just an order of logistics and I should have just come here first. O'Neal helped me find what I was looking for and was super friendly and informative.
Zero CX service to one of the guys there. The fat old guy. No respect and so rude to customers . Young and ambitious people are looking for job and he should be occupying their spots. That's unfair
Staff is always great. Product is almost always on hand and if not they will check availability at other locations and usually have it with in 24 hours.
