Waited 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk. Buddy stayed on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all… incompetent and inconsiderate..
Very rude staff, no customer service. STAY AWAY
Ken and staff were polite, courteous and went beyond the call. We didn't know our sump pump was under a lifetime warranty. We brought it in to them and told us right away. We got the parts we needed to finish the replacement. Thanks for your great help. Tom and Linda
