Worst customer service
Went in to look for one item but had no clue where to find it. I was helped and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very bad experience nothing worth it all products are over priced
I ordered a part for my toilet in December. As of the middle of March, they didn't know where it was. I called several times to inquire about the status of the order and was given the run around. First, the person responsible for the order was off sick, then was asked what the person looked like that I placed the order with, then was transferred to speak with the person who receives the orders who didn't know anything about it. Long story short, I ordered the part on Amazon and had it in 2 days.
