During one of the coldest days in January, our furnace stopped working. The furnace board was no longer providing power. Since the furnace was still under warranty, I contacted Wolseley. Mr. Sébastien Laforge received the information and documentation and informed me the warranty would be honoured, but it would take 30 to 60 days.
