I have just been to the most pleasant Specialists Practice! The Medical Receptionists are so friendly and efficient...putting me at ease immediately. Dr Putnis is so lovely and very reassuring and I would highly recommend her. I will be having surgery by Dr Putnis in the new year and feel very confident that I will be in her capable hands.

Dr Putnis was absolutely brilliant!! From her warm and compassionate communication style, through to her obviously excellent job of the surgery, I could not be happier with the process. She helped us to feel confident and comfortable through the whole process, from pre op through to follow up and guidance on what is to come. The staff at the front desk are also exceptional. When we called for some follow up information, they went out of their way to get the right info, and call us back to explain it all clearly.
A very pleasant environment and experience. The staff were extremely friendly, relaxed and helpful. The rooms are tip top, and the parking was very convenient. The Doctor was a lovely gentleman.
