Second time at this clinic. Booked in at 2.20, got triaged at 3.30 & am only going in for laser on eye at 5pm, 2 & half hours later 😡. They seem to overbook constantly

I’m afraid my experience with Wollongong Eye Specialists was very disappointing. I booked an appointment to get proper help for a recurring stye. I’d already tried antibiotic foam and hot compresses with no success. When I made the booking, I was told the consultation would cost $350. During the visit, I underwent a couple of eye scans that turned out to be unrelated to the issue I came in for. After that, I had a brief five-minute consultation with Dr Agarwal.
