Dr Wood is a god send. He saw my son today as he had seen my other in the past and he did it at no notice and was so wonderful . Also was understanding of my other issues going on with my gp calling . Andrew and the team go above and beyond for both of my sons . I appreciate it . The illawarra is a lucky place to have a specialist and all around good bloke as Dr wood Jaxon and Callen love the man they call the Kenzie.

Called with a question about my appointment and was told that I should not have been given an appointment as the Dr is not seeing new patients?? I followed instructions and forwarded my referral via email. I received a message to call for an appointment. Politeness goes a long way. No need to be aggressive as I did nothing wrong.
