Called with a question about my appointment and was told that I should not have been given an appointment as the Dr is not seeing new patients?? I followed instructions and forwarded my referral via email. I received a message to call for an appointment. Politeness goes a long way. No need to be aggressive as I did nothing wrong.

Got skin? This place is for you then. Regardless of your pigment, this place has you covered. Nice staff and efficient process, I was in and out in a matter of $200+… a little pricey, but got what I needed at the end of the day. Booked in 4 months in advance, which is odd that bookings take that long for new patients. So there’s something to improve :)
Doctors are great, but the reception staff are plain rude, unhelpful and never answer the phone when calling during opening hours. They really dampen the quality of service given by the doctors.
