We use have been using Wolf for a few years now. They always provide exceptional service. Derek serviced several of our properties for our semiannual servicing recently and helped with a small thermostat issue. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable.
Wolff Mechanical is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a residential unit that I bought about 5 years ago, and Tyler and Brandon went ABOVE and BEYOND on customer service to resolve my issue. All of the technicians are very helpful and prompt to arrive during the scheduled window. Highly recommended!!!
Wolff Mechanical is the best....every time! Yesterday my AC unit wasn't cooling properly. I called the Wolff office, and they scheduled a technician who arrived within the time frame I was given. Josh was professional, courteous, experienced, and had my AC unit up and running right away. He knew exactly what the issue was, had the parts on his truck, and my AC unit was back working perfectly. Thank you!!!
