I lived at one of their properties for four years. The rent was very reasonable, the building was quiet, and my apartment was super cute. The caretaker and management team were always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything.

Reasonable rent and David is very responsive manager who appreciates tenant concerns & works to improve them. The properties are family owned & operated so the services you receive are rare to find with most rental property management.
Good place to live and responsive management
Overall, their Saint Albans property is a good place to live & the Wolkowicz's are decent people to rent from. Sometimes they rent to problem tenants, but they quickly get rid of them. Cameras were recently installed inside and on the parking lot, but none covering the front entrance. The added security is very nice. The Wolkowicz's are very quick to respond to repairs and problems are quickly fixed.
