Reasonable rent and David is very responsive manager who appreciates tenant concerns & works to improve them. The properties are family owned & operated so the services you receive are rare to find with most rental property management.
Good place to live and responsive management
Overall, their Saint Albans property is a good place to live & the Wolkowicz's are decent people to rent from. Sometimes they rent to problem tenants, but they quickly get rid of them. Cameras were recently installed inside and on the parking lot, but none covering the front entrance. The added security is very nice. The Wolkowicz's are very quick to respond to repairs and problems are quickly fixed. Been here for 4 months and the Heats been off 4 times, I have had to leave my home i pay full rent on and the managers do nothing about it
