This gentleman was two hours late. When he washed my carpet nothing was soaked up. Take it my carpets were dirty. He offered to comeback and try it again he had me wait over 3 hours and he never showed up. I had to rent my own carpet cleaning equipment and do it myself. Waste of money and time.

Very polite. Did a good job my kids carpet was full of urine and had very much odor and he got all of that town care. Also very affordable on pricing.

Unfortunately. The 2 rugs are still dingy and dirty in several areas. There is lines showing where it was power washed and attempted to be cleaned. Also very wet/damp this is a very bad job. And the original clean date was 8/25/2023 3 weeks ago And just now received the rugs. They look the same as when I gave them to get cleaned.
