We have been taking our cars to Wolfe's since moving to Niwot in 1992, based on the recommendation of a co-worker. In that time Sal and Devon have tended to a variety of issues with our cars and minivan ranging from radiator leaks, brake system work, A/c repair, timing belt replacements, valve gasket replacements, oil changes, weird clunking sounds while steering, etc. They are the Go To place for oddball issues because they are superb diagnosticians. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Wolf's since 1993 for everything from oil changes to major repairs. Sal and Devon are great at trouble-shooting and have never recommended a repair that wasn't necessary. I trust them 100%. Plus, it's kind of fun that Sal sounds a bit like "Click and Clack" from NPR's Car Talk.
In a simple, basic way I so appreciate Sal's service and how he keeps my car running.
I've had so many bad experiences with car mechanics that I was starting to think a good, honest business didn't exist. Sal and Devon at Wolf's have restored my faith in mechanics. Firstly, they know you can't always wait days at a time to have your car worked on, nor that you should feel like one of a number of customers and thus not very important.
