Our group fitness classes are awesome. Classes for all fitness levels, something for everyone. Taught by certified and skilled instructors. Please check out the class schedules and class descriptions for more information. Try them all! We also have an indoor walking track as well as the most state of the art fitness equipment. We offer tanning and free childcare. And as always no enrollment fee

Wonderful gym with amazing staff and daycare center!
Not as crowded as gold's. Nice Equipment and great prices
