If I could give this organization zero stars I would. It is astounding that they have received any positive reviews whatsoever. Tenants and property owners should be extremely wary of engaging with this business, as they are predatory and utilize illegal practices to gauge money out of anyone who comes near this organization. It was a pleasure working with Wolfnest Property Management to find our new home. They were always professional and most helpful. I loved that they asked us what we wanted, what area and what price range and sent us the most up to date listings that fit in that criteria making it easy. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner no matter how silly. I would recommend Wolfnest Property Management in a heart beat!
I would give zero stars if I could. Dealing with Wolfnest has been one of the worst experiences of our entire life. Their process of renting a home from them is worse than securing a home loan. When we went to move in the home was dirty, toilets had been used and not cleaned and they did nothing to resolve the problem. One of their employees actually entered our home without notice or permission when our daughter was home alone.
