was on time for the appointment. explained everything. quoted prices for repairs and gave us timeline as to when it would done. pleasant to talk to. I will recommend them to friends and family. 😄 Came back to install the cap on the chimney today. Jacob was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Wildman Chimney. Very impressed.
The technician was polite and on time. He gave me a quote for $2500+ in services I did not ask for, and he had to call his boss to ask about the services I requested at scheduling (replace rusted out damper and broken ash drop cover). His boss (Jack) was highly abrasive and defensive, berated me for asking questions about the quote and other options, and pulled his tech of the job. So unprofessional! As a small business owner myself, I hope Jack's boss sees this and takes corrective actions.
