Dr. Spyra was very thorough in his review of my complaints and listened to everything I had to say. He was also willing to explain things several times until I was sure I understood what he was telling me about my condition.
Dr Spyra has ready access to my health care history going back many years, refers to it and discusses it. He takes time and shows the interest to ask questions and to answer questions. He treats elevated blood pressure as the serious health threat it poses and strives to have it in an acceptable range. Approachable.

I was very pleased with Dr. Spyra & will be seeing him for my test on next Wed. @ 10:45 . Everyone was very helpful & pleasant !!! I would recommend him to family & friends 1
Dr. Spyra is a very through doctor. I had symptoms of chest pain which radiated down my left arm when I exerted. All of the stress test were negative. The technician said I "smoked the stress 120%." But Dr Spyra thought it advisable to do the angiogram. They discovered a 70% blocked lower descending artery and put in 2 stints ver possibly averting a stroke. He is also a very caring practitioner. He also treats my wife and I recommend him to others.

I had no idea who to see and everyone I asked liked a different cardiologist but my Dr recommended Dr Spyra so I thought I'd just stay with him for my initial appt. I have only seen Dr Spyra 1 time but am very impressed on how thorough he was & listened to my concerns & answered my questions. He even consulted another cardiologist on his thoughts on treatment & called me himself within 15 minutes of me leaving the clinic. Very impressed. We will see how my treatment goes, but so far so good!
