We had a great experience with Wolf Plumbing & Heating! I called them to understand my bill more and had very poor customer service experience when working with them. I would absolutely double check your pricing for them to come do any work.
Long established company with very high standards, believing in having well trained employees to serve their customers in a professional way.
My business partner and I are real estate agents and often use Wolf Plumbing for our listings. Ronnie and Rebecca Wolf always answer and respond quickly to our requests when we have plumbing/heating issues for our clients. Their work is top notch and they make an effort to fit us into their schedule. We have also used them for our personal homes and highly recommend their company!
We asked for a quote to install a water softener and acid neutralizer a couple of weeks ago. We were not warned that we would be charged for the visit and the plumber never sent the quote regarding the proposed installation. So we ended up paying for a visit for which we never got a quote. The bedside manner of the visiting plumber towards my husband was not great either.
