Customer service is the worst. Techs were nice but if you don’t have good customer service care. It ruins the whole experience. I will be searching else where for my hvac needs.
Wolff's sent Jesse to our house to check on the furnace. During a cold-snap, service calls can take a while but they made it a priority to come over ASAP. Jesse was so helpful, answered a multitude of questions, and took time to check everything he could to ensure all potential issues were resolved. He was honest and thorough. Wolff's is lucky to have Jesse on their team!
Our furnace went out during the cold extreme wind this January. We had another hvac company try and fix our furnace. They spent 5 hours trying to find the problem, then told us there was nothing wrong with it and it was just the wind. We called Wolff’s. They fixed it within 30 mins, were knowledgeable and professional. We will never call anyone else.
Very disappointing experiences over the years with this company. They are not very prompt, refuse to get on a flat roof when theres a little wind or snow and poor communication. We will be using a different company going forward.
Very responsive and professional. Fixed several issues in the house and explained the process/reasoning as to why stuff needed to be done. I would trust them again if anything needs to be fixed.
