Terrible communication and really rude receptionist. Simple calm questions are met with attitude. We’ve paid after hours pricing multiple times and they won’t come back and fix ac unit. They said they can’t help us after we’ve paid them a ton of money and even willing to pay more. Pretty horrible customer service.
Our air conditioner quit running and the repairman was there within an hour. He had the right parts with him and immediately fixed it. Courteous competent service.
