We were connected to this company by our insurance company when our cat broke a pipe and flooded us out of our house! They were responsive and helpful, providing us with furniture in our temporary housing situation. When the items they initially delivered did not work, they cheerfully exchanged them. They first brought uncomfortable bar stools and the ugliest carpet ever. When asked, they quickly exchanged these for very nice ones and two adorable lamps for the living room. They are putting people into corporate leased apartments where I live and totally ruining the tenants lives who live here. They put a group of nine men and two women in a an apartment that has a 7-person occupancy. In between groups they come in there and clean for 2 hours. The apartments look like they are furnished with Faceboook Marketplace junk. At this present time there's a group with three adults and five children staying in that apartment.
