I booked Wolfenburg for a roof inspection after noticing leaks in my commercial building. They confirmed the appointment but never showed up, with no call or email to explain. I wasted a full day waiting and had to reschedule with another company. Their website claims they prioritize customer service, but this was completely unprofessional. If they can’t even show up for an inspection, I wouldn’t trust them with actual roofing work.
Very happy with the work. The crew was polite and did clean up a lot of the "gravel" (we had tar & gravel roof). I would not hesitate to recommend this company
Wolfenburg Roofing was hired to install a flat roof on my property. The crew was careless, leaving debris scattered and damaging my garden with dropped tools. The roof itself had visible flaws, like bubbling in the membrane, which they dismissed as “normal settling.” When I asked for a manager to address the damage, I got no response. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for my property was infuriating. Never again!
Not sure I would trust a roofing company who doesn’t respect the rule of the road. Who knows what other regulations and codes they are breaking. Seen blocking a bus stop today at around 5 pm. Clearly in a no parking/no stopping zone
Had two roofs done with the company so far. Both jobs they went above and beyond without Nickle and diming us. They might come in a bit higher than some other companies, but believe me from experience it's worth having your roof done right the first time.
