I went to meet Dave to a rental showing, very nice updated 3 bedroom duplex. When I arrived he informed me that the property had just been rented, which he neglected to mentioned when I spoke with him on the phone twice. He stated that the property next door was also for rent with the same layout. My husband and I went ahead and looked at the other rental. This company ( David Wolfe ) left a door in my shop and commissioned me for repair and when I called him and told him it was ready to pick up David told me he decided to go a different way and told me he was not going to pay for the door nor pick it up. This company is not trustworthy.
