This portion on top is an amendment to my original review. Today is June 2, 2025. Since receiving my new glasses, there was a problem with one of the lenses; it developed unexplained vertical cracks from the top edge. These cracks did not interfere with my field of vision, but they made my glasses noticeable in a bad way. Since it was only a few weeks since it took delivery, I assumed the lenses would be covered by a ‘materials and workmanship’ concern. I went to purchase a new pair of glasses there yesterday. I had a prescription I obtained elsewhere and was frustrated because I still needed to order glasses. They made the process a breeze and a delight. Being a small-town optometrist, I am certain I over paid a little bit, but it was worth it go get good service and quality care from somebody who really seemed genuinely concerned about serving me.
