In reply to Sam M's review. We did run 2.5 hours late on the job. This was because our crew ran into problems getting a washer and dryer out of an area in the house on the job before. Sam was never told anything other then the crew was running late. we could not reach the crew during this time because they were busy dealing with the issues from the other job. Chris, handled his business very unprofessionally. Unfortunately, it seems as if he is a chronicle lier after he gave us 5 different excuses for why his employees were 2 1/2 hours late -- later we found out he over booked his team. They showed up after having worked 10 hours already and were exhausted. I later found out this is how he runs his business which is unethical and just straight wrong for both his employees and people he promises service to. They worked fast and hard, but did some damage to my condo when they ignored our advice not to move a large piece of furniture down a narrow hallway. We also never got the 3% cash discount they promised, but the overall rate was quite affordable.
Moved my condo to my first home quickly and nothing was damaged, price was good to.
