My wife had a 8:20 AM appt. and we live an hour away. So as we always try to do we get there early (8:06) now here it is 10:09 and she is just going in for her procedure. From what her referring eye doctor told her this procedure takes just a few minutes. In my opinion this is a perfect example of flagrant disregard for this clinic's patient's time.
