Extremely disappointing experience with Wolfe Development. We were interested in renting an apartment but were not informed upfront about their unusual policy of not accepting out-of-state co-signers, leaving us no choice but to lose hundreds of dollars in application fees. They also did not apologize for their lack of transparency.
