HORRID SERVICE DEPT.. SERVICE GUY MARK MADE A HUGE MISTAKE BY ORDERING AN AWNING WE DIDNT WANT! AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO BASICALLY WE HAVE $650 AWNING WE DIDNT WANT TO BEGIN WITH. WE SPECIFIED A DOUBLE SIDED (color on both sides) AWNING AND GOT A SINGLE SIDED. PATHETIC OWNERS TO TRY AND FIX THIS SOMEHOW, AN APOLOGY THAT THEY SCREWED UP WOULD BE A GOOD START. WE THOUGHT WE CHOSE A LOCAL REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH.
