Wolfchase Toyota ******* **, Toyota ************ Manager, and Managers told me I get 2 oil changes over 2 years ****** miles if I want maintenance I have to pay for it on my new Camry SE 2024 that was purchased on August 10, 2023, Toyota Corp said there is no ***** or ***** warranty showing in their system, Wolfchase Toyota also said Toyota is responsible for the $5800.00 add-ons but they have 2 fraudulent companies with PO Box ripping the customer off with fake warranties, also using misrepresentation on their website of a ... read more

The customer has ********************** Care on his vehicle which means he would get 5 Tire Rotations and 2 Oil Changes. At his 5,000-mile service, he will get a tire rotation, 10,000-mile service he would get a tire rotation and an oil change, 15,000-mile service he would get a tire rotation, 20,000-mile service he would get a tire rotation and oil change and his last service at 25,000-miles, he would get his last tire rotation. Stay away. Stay VERY far away. You go in for basic maintenance with a perfectly fine Certified Pre-owned vehicle that you just bought 5 months ago (elsewhere), have been having absolutely ZERO issues with, and a day later youre stuck in a Target parking lot with a dead battery. Why? Because service **** ************************ right off the bat tries to get you to spend $500+ for recommended services (not NEEDED services) and then when you decide that youre not doing that, they s**** with your vehicle from a different angle... read more

Worst service department ever. No attention to detail. Took my Prius in for ABS problem a week later had the part. Let Wolfchase Toyota, less than 10 miles the light came on said stop immediately which I did, towed it back. No oil engine gone. No responsibility on their part. I was treated like I was an idiot. I am tired of people talking to me like that because I am a woman.

2021 **** Tundra (New) I purchased this vehicle with all the bells and whistles (including warranties) for my husband for a wedding gift. The truck overall is a good vehicle, however, the bed cover has a really bad water leak. I called my service advisor scheduled an appointment, took the vehicle in for service. I was told the parts would be ordered to correct the problem and if the problem was not resolved, in which it wasnt, a new cover would be ordered and installed. New 2021 4Runner. Love the sales not the service department. The vehicle has 2 yr service plan with oil changes every 10k miles. First service visit 5k miles I requested an oil change at my expense. The dealership refused. I also had starting issues they could not diagnose. 10k then 15k mile service. 15k service I request an oil change at my expense/ repair starting problem. During scheduled appointment the dealer refused oil change and told me to bring vehicle back if I keep having starting issues. They didn't diagnose issu... read more

We have never been able to duplicate customers intermittent concern about her starting/stopping issues. Normal start/stop feature operates as designed so we are not sure why the customer would be stranded. The Service Manager has spoken with the customer several times about the part for her vehicle letting her know the part has not arrived yet.
