Awseome homes with great choices.
The homes are nice, but the community gets water from a large well at the front of the neighborhood. The water is very dirty and extremely overpriced. HOA rules forbid us from having a deep water well drilled for home use. We can only drill a shallow one for irrigation. Therefore we are stuck paying outrageous prices for dirty, untreated water.
