From the very first interaction, I realized my family was in good hands. Janelle the admin is absolutely fantastic, she answered all of my emails quickly and thoroughly. (I really don’t know how because the office was very busy the entire time I was there) My husband had an emergency and had to reschedule his appointment, Janelle was caring and accommodating. As an adult with severe dental anxiety, I was overdue for a checkup/cleaning -- I can safely say, that this was the most comfortable, and least painful dental visit I've had in my life. Janelle at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, Camei assisted as my hygienist, and was very thorough, but gentle to the point that I had no pain; and she was also a great conversationalist. My regular dentist was closed, and I was dealing with severe jaw and tooth pain, so I was incredibly grateful that Orchid was able to get me in right away. From the moment I arrived, I had an amazing experience with Janelle, who was so personable, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Nick Lee and his assistant Maral were fantastic as well. First time coming here as a hrand new patient. Reception made booking in a new patient quick and easy. She is so kind. The dentist was incredibly nice and thorough with everything & Camei was my all star. Did my cleaning quickly, pain free, efficiently and had the best conversations with me. Everyone there is amazing. 10/10 will be returning there!
Really great experience coming here. The team is all so wonderful. Every hygienist I’ve had is so gentle and none of the dentists are pushy on treatment ☺️ overall great dentist clinic!
