I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The front-desk team was very polite and helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. The hygienist was gentle, professional, and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment plan in a way I could easily understand. First time coming here as a hrand new patient. Reception made booking in a new patient quick and easy. She is so kind. The dentist was incredibly nice and thorough with everything & Camei was my all star. Did my cleaning quickly, pain free, efficiently and had the best conversations with me. Everyone there is amazing. 10/10 will be returning there!
I visited Wolf Willow Orchid Dental for a cleaning and filling. The staff Janelle greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The dentist took time to explain every step of the procedure, and I experienced minimal discomfort. The assistant Yazcha is very kind and patient, explaining my questions. My family started coming to wolf willow Orchid Dental clinic last month and we are more than thrilled with this office. Janelle at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so helpful and always willing to help with anything needed. This office runs so smoothly. Dr Farsi is a great dentist and all the other staff is great as well. I am so happy that my family found this dentist office.
First appointment with Dr. Farsi today and she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything extremely thoroughly. I am very nervous about the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable. I actually don’t feel so worried going again!! Janelle at the front desk is the sweetest lady!! She just makes you want to smile because she’s so bubbly and happy. I highly recommend this dentist. You will not be disappointed!
