This place is a joke now since they moved locations. Appointments book weeks away now, walk ins used to be a max 20 minute wait, now you sit here all day and dont even get in. I show up an hour early and there's a line up outside already in the rain. Been going to Dr. Zayani for over 15 years but now it's nearly impossible to get to see him. If you walk-in you will be waiting forever. Even with an allergy reaction.
Honestly really great doctors who are attentive and want the best for their patients but the front desk receptionists never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for upwards of 2 hours before and sometimes I never even end up getting through, even when it says I’m “next in line.” This makes it very hard to book appointments with my family doctor instead of just coming as a walk in.
I book an appointment and few hours before my appointment they called .me to tell me the doctor is not in today, they gave me choice to still come on my appointment but different doctor and I could also rebook, so I chose to show up on my appointment and being told that I'll be walk-in and wait. What a joke, this receptionist are not being organized.very rude customer service!!!
Garbage place, came as walk in had to wait for over a hour and a half kept on being told I'm next but no I'm still waiting this place is Garbage looking for a new doctor better not be this one. The receptionist will give you attitude if question why your still waiting. This couple came here after me as a walk in but they got in before me place is Garbage
