Incompetent staff. Barely understand English unable to help in any way. When you're sick avoid this place
Dr Alzdam is my primary care provider and he’s absolutely fantastic. His office calls every year to make sure I schedule my yearly complete physical and orders any and all labs he thinks is necessary. He follows up very quickly on abnormal labs and monitors to make sure everything is fine. He’s incredibly thorough and his bedside manner is great. Overall he’s a fantastic doctor.
The doctors are great but the front desk team is one of useless people in all professional history. An hour waiting on a call? And they didn’t even answer. Dr Zaiany if you are reading this review please change the full front desk team and bring back the old team.
I went to this Clinic on Saturday and was extremely happy with the with the positive experience. I’m on oxygen and they took such good care of me. The receptionist called me in right away and even carried my portable oxygen for me. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I saw Dr Abulkheir Mohamed who was very friendly, approachable and a kind man. I would highly recommend this clinic. It sure beats waiting 12 hour at a hospital. Thank you for your kindness!
