The home building process with Jayman was a great experience. Only downfall was after we took possession. Quality of workmanship was not good, this is all dependant on the contractors doing your home but their inspectors should have caught the issues. Many things on my home that need to be fixed! They are taking a long time to get the yard grading done, they sent an email stating there was a delay due to the weather but all the other homes around us have been done. It’s all a bunch of BS. Not a very happy customer.
Trey was extremely informative and professional through the design process, and had great communication while getting all my questions answered!
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Jayman Homes, particularly with sales manager Trey Peacock. We were assured our chosen lot would remain on hold during a short vacation, with full mortgage approval in place and multiple offers to pay the deposit early. Despite this, the lot was sold to someone else without any notice or communication. Unprofessional, dishonest and disheartening after how far along we were in the process.
