Love my 9:30 session with Sarah! Well worth my hour drive! Huge bonus is there is complimentary childcare - mom win as a mom of 4 babies. Sarah always corrects you if you’re wrong, and pushes you when you need or not! Always a good play list too.
When it comes to workout classes, Wolf is the most affordable place to be! The workouts are different every day every week, which helps to diversify the muscle groups used and has shown me the most growth compared to other gyms with different structures. Beth and all her coaches are very knowledgeable and always give modifications to make things harder, easier, or different when past injuries are of concern. The childcare is a huge perk for many families as well!
I absolutely love this gym! Personal training in a group setting. Everybody is welcoming, and I love that the workout is already planned for me. I don't like going to a gym and trying to figure out what exercises to do. I highly recommend Wolf Wellness!
