There’s trash everywhere outside, it’s disgusting.
This place is disgusting. They have mountains of trash along the property because they cannot take care of their own residents waste/trash
Weird office hours, closed whole weekend, issues with receiving mail and trash is never taken out. Fine appartment but poorly managed and handled.
⚠️ Be cautious. Don’t let the low price mislead you. This company owns two apartment complexes: • One is older, which they market as “vintage” • The other is newer The front gate has never worked. It was broken before I even moved in, and multiple residents have told me it’s been that way for a long time
They took my security deposit and still made me pay extra fees for nothing
