Great time! Welcoming staff! Great day on the river!
In the area and decided to try their 10.6 mile paddle. Other group cancelled but he kept his word and let me do the paddle I'd planned on despite being the only person. Nice ride to dropoff. Scenic river nice to try once would have been more fun with a larger group.
Great river. If want to get away from it all this is the place. Good camping sandbars at almost every turn. Thanks Allen for the shuttle upriver. I'll be back with friends !
Very nice paddle. Only ten miles but we stopped a couple times to make it last !! Plenty of sandy pretty beaches to stop!! Joanna who drove us up was very familiar with the area and very helpful!! And one of the young men on the staff actually carried my beast of a boat (very heavy kayak) down to the river for us!! Very helpful and nice staff!! Thanks. We may be back this weekend as well.
