Our dealings with Wolf Property were with Emily Collins. We didn't end up purchasing with Emily but boy did we give it a good try! As it turned out the sellers were non-committal and pulled out, however, during the many weeks of back and forth Emily kept up her frequent communication and honest feedback about the whole process and we can only give her a 5 star recommendation for anyone looking for a friendly agent to support them in their home buying journey. Alison and Caitlin at Wolf property have been an absolute joy to work with. They are both so lovely and wonderfully skilled in their work. We've recently signed on with them to manage our property until we can move to Tasmania and everything has gone so smoothly, from initial sign on to marketing to finding a tenant. I cannot recommend them enough.
Cameron is a terrific young man, down to earth and hardworking. He achieved the price we wanted with relative ease and in a very short space of time. We would highly recommend him.
What started out as a promising relationship with Cam turned into one of the worst selling experiences we have had. Came on board promising honesty and transparency during our sales process only to be the direct opposite with little to no feedback during his listing period, then become totally disinterested and had zero contact for 6-7 weeks, even not reaching out post the completion of our 90 day sole agency agreement expiring to see if we wanted to continue ( never contacted us until 6 weeks after the agreement ended). I recently sold my property with Wolf Property and could not be happier. Cam, Matt, and the rest of the team were excellent with their knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness. My house was sold pre-market at asking price saving me a significant amount of time and money in advertising and in what was a tricky time to be selling. I could not recommend Wolf Property enough.
