Do not trust Frank Lupi or his brokerage. I had an incredibly frustrating experience working with Frank Lupi. He was hired to list and sell a co-op for an elderly woman after her boyfriend passed away. She trusted Frank to handle the removal of furniture, including the removal of a glass wall in one of the rooms, and even paid him $1,500 to hire workers for the job. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt led to write a review regarding the exceptional experience we had dealing with Wolf properties, specifically with our day to day dealings with Mr. Vincent Salino. My siblings and I had the difficult task of selling my mom‘s home after her recent passing. Mr. Salino not only worked tirelessly in trying to sell the house but he attentive to our feelings as well.
