Do not trust Frank Lupi or his brokerage. I had an incredibly frustrating experience working with Frank Lupi. He was hired to list and sell a co-op for an elderly woman after her boyfriend passed away. She trusted Frank to handle the removal of furniture, including the removal of a glass wall in one of the rooms, and even paid him $1,500 to hire workers for the job.
