Since this place has been around for 45years I figured it would be bigger than what it was. They need more parking, had to wait one hour in line to get into the park.

Business response:

Parking is just a problem that one day of the year. Usually there is room for everyone with little to no waiting. We tried to accommodate as many as we could for a staggeringly huge turnout. We're grateful everyone was as patient and understanding as they were.

First time there was for Winter Wolves. My wife was so excited when we arrived. We heard the wolves howl with the coyotes and that was the highlight of the visit. Will definitely make a return trip with the boys.

I attended a photo seminar about 10 years ago. There were 10 or 12 photographers that got to go into the main enclosure to be up close and personal with the wolves. There was a lot of contact with the pack members as they were curious about us. I even got nussled by the alpha male. I took nearly 1000 photos. I highly recommend this experience. The staff was great, especially to those visitors that were hesitant of being approached by the wolves.

My son is obsessed with wolves. I brought him to the park as a surprise and I ended up being the one who was surprised! We were almost done with our tour when a plane overhead started the wolves and coyotes howling. I have never heard anything like that. My hairs were on end, it was such a primal and moving experience. What a wonderful place!
