Prices were given up front and held to. Things were explained and options given before work was completed. Accurate and timely communication. Will use them again.
I was having issues with spam popping up on my cellphone. I walked in the young man asked me what he could help with. I told him the issue I was having he knew exactly wbat to do. I downloaded an app that was causing the spam problems. He uninstalled it all was good. Took about 5 minutes . I asked if there would be a charge , he said no just remember them if I had any issues in the future. Thank you
Took my tablet in to see if it was repairable. They couldnt source parts which was fine. So i asked for new adhesive on the back plate that popped off and they said they could do that. 3 weeks later and the back plate popped off again to reveal they didnt even remove the old adhesive !! What kind of service is that !?
