I have a Mac desktop that was quickly circling the drain. I took it in to see if they could save it or if it was time for a new one. They cleaned it up and put a new drive in it and it is running like new. No issues at all. All this at a very reasonable price. I’m impressed.
Wolf Pack is great. They have fixed a variety of things with our laptops and iPads for my husband and me . They just replaced my iPad screen which had a deep scratch. I would highly recommend them!
Wolf Pack was fantastic to work with. The tech explained the procedure for my phone repair, showed me all the parts online needed, got me my quote immediately, and I was able to even find a new pretty colored backing for my phone! They have you pay for their services upfront, and call you in when the parts arrive. The actual repair itself was super easy too- I just dropped my phone off and came back a few hours later for it! There are not enough words to describe the fenominal service provided by this team of employees at Wolf Pack Technology! I arrived a bit rattled and needed an emergency repair on my lap top at one of the busiest times of year and they assisted me with grace and a smile on their face. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this establishment. The icing on the cake was the warm family atmosphere.
Prices were given up front and held to. Things were explained and options given before work was completed. Accurate and timely communication. Will use them again.
