I brought my phone which completely stopped working. Wouldn't turn on or anything. With in 2hrs they had it up and running and I was able to get all the data off of it. Highly recommend them and are extremely knowledgeable in what they do!

I had taken my phone in for repair, was called the following day to be told that it can not be, and that I could pick it up when possible. I didn’t want to give up, so I took it to another repair venue and was told that the diagnostics show little attempt at correcting and that they will have it up and going for me. I’m disappointed in the service received…the staff that I had interaction with were lovely, though.

Nathan was super helpful when I had a hosting & email deliverability issue. He knew exactly what the issue was and gave me clear instructions on how to solve the issue. He was a lifesaver! I highly recommend him and Wolf Pack Technology for any tech and web support.

They were very kind both over the phone and in person. Sadly my device was unable to be fixed but it was nothing on their part. They tried every possible way they knew how before giving up and giving my device back which I greatly appreciate. If you need your device fixed I would go here.

Had an older laptop that showed symptons of thermal shutdown while livestreaming. Wolf Pack Technology made some software changes and told me I should see an improvement. After a number of livestreaming events with no issues the problem seems to have been fixed. Good group of people to work with!
