First and last visit to this place. Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Very rude. Foul language. (They don't rotate tires--just fyi) I would be angry if anyone spoke to or treated my daughter that way. I wish I'd read the other reviews before going there.

People who answer the phone at a business should be polite to the customer. Right? When I called and asked a simple question about an oil change, the lady snapped and yelled at me. Definitely NOT going there anymore. Im sure she could have been busy or she was having a bad day but that's no excuse! You never know what impression you are making!!
I have been using Wolf Creek for years. However, yesterday will be my last visit. This is the second time a technician has told me my car needed an expensive service my car did not need. I was told my transmission fluid needed to be changed--it was at a dangerous level. This would've cost me over $100 to have them fix it--last time at the Hwy 6 location I was told I needed my brakes replaced. And the tech just happened to have a friend who could fix them. Always friendly and fast - and they correct it if you find something wrong. No questions asked. They even tolerate dogs to wait inside where it's cool in the summer.
If you are in a hurry this is a great place to get a quick oil change. Not too expensive and you get a free car wash. You do not even have to get out of your car to get your oil changed, can stay in it. Friendly, fast service.
