Very unorganized! Lack of communication about everything! If you don’t ask questions they will not communicate with you about there process or what your dog will be going through. Staff needs to have more heart and compassion.Will not take my dogs there again.

We were squeezed in for a super last minute appointment, and had never been patients. All of the staff was excellent and you could tell they really care. So glad they were able to figure out the problem and get our boy on the mend! Thank you Wolf Creek Animal Care!

Maybe this clinic setting for spaying and neutering is not the right answer for your family pet. We are devastated. Dropped our 6 month old male family pet off at wolf creek to be neutered. Was told to pick him up at 6:30 PM. Half way between home and Wolf Creek my wife got a call from the vet saying that Fuzz didn’t survive the sedation and must have had a reaction. Waiting over an hour for a appointment and it doesn’t seem to matter if you have a appointment at all they just let everyone who walks in go in what ever order they want.
I do appreciate Dr.Whalen and her staff! They are very caring with my dog, Jack, and friendly with all the pet owners! It is certainly worth the drive! I like the idea of appointments, that will help with crowd control in the waiting room! Thank you Wolf Creek Animal Care! I do recommend Dr. Whalen and her Staff!
