The item took 3 weeks to arrive, 2 weeks over the expected time. I believe that it should not have taken that long. I have ordered plenty of items over this pandemic and have received the items in a timely manner. There should of been updates sent to me via text messages or email to give me updates especially after the estimated delivery dates were way off.
