Update #2: downgrading to one star after unprofessional response. We paid an extra $1400 for a door to be reframed and our brand new siding to be put back and touched up. Elijah built a cedar fence for a buyer client of mine, it was beautiful and my client is very pleased!
We hired this kid to do some work for us and he walked away with 36k with only one quarter of the work done. Him and his helper spent a whole day to lay carboard for the floors and tried to lay pre cut stair coverings on diagonal stairs that lasted a day and the carpet is trashed now. He has no idea how to cut concrete to have it jacked out or even lay it back after, He has never ran a paint gun or even how too deal with texture.
